No good, totally revised

Revision: heard from support, problem solved. Got my documents back, and at least for now, alls well with the world.

I very much like the way app works for annotating, reading and storing documents. And hope it wont crash on me again.

Purchased and used this app and initially loved it. But now that I have numerous documents that I use and need stored on it, I cannot get it to stay open. It is useless. Totally.

And I havent been able to connect with or get a response from support. I dont like to complain by posting a bad review. But havent heard back with ant suggestions or other help, so this is only way. Hope you will respond.
